Driver Recruiting SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the driver recruiting text-message program operated by FFE Transportation Services, Inc. ("FFE"). The program is intended for prospective drivers who expressly agree to receive recruiting-related text messages from FFE at the mobile number they provide.

1. What messages will I receive?

   FFE may send messages confirming receipt of a short driver application, providing a link to complete a full application, following up about an incomplete application, connecting you with a recruiter, and providing information related to FFE driving opportunities and the recruiting process. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Participation does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment.

2. How do I enroll?

   You enroll only when you provide your mobile number and give FFE express consent to receive recruiting text messages through an FFE application or other clearly identified opt-in method. Consent to receive recruiting text messages is not a condition of being hired, contracted, or leased by FFE.

3. Message frequency

   Message frequency varies based on your application status and interactions with FFE recruiters. You may receive recurring messages while your recruiting inquiry or application is active.

4. Costs

   FFE does not charge you for this SMS program. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan.

5. How do I opt out?

   Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, FFE will not send further messages through this SMS program unless you separately opt in again. You can also ask a recruiter to stop texting you.

6. How do I get help?

7. Privacy

   FFE uses your mobile number and messaging consent to administer this recruiting SMS program. FFE does not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information on FFE's behalf to deliver messages, manage responses, or process your driver application; this does not authorize them to use your SMS consent for their own marketing. 8. Changes to these terms

   FFE may update these SMS terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes do not replace the need for any consent required before FFE sends you text messages.
